The Andhra Pradesh Integrated Irrigation and Agriculture TransformativeProject (APIIATP) envisages the revival and restoration of 1000 minorirrigation tanks by adopting the Sustainable Minor irrigationProject (SMIP) approach.The objective of the project is to enhance the agricultural productivity,profitability and resilience to climate variability in selected tanks system ofAndhra Pradesh benefiting small and marginal farmers, water userassociations, farmer producer organizations, fisheries cooperativesocieties, participatory ground water management groups, and otheragro-entrepreneurs etc. Towards this goal, CADA, WRD is interested indesign, develop and implementing a comprehensive computerized andweb enabled “Management Information System (MIS)” and “GeographicInformation System (GIS)” and for APIIATP, as per the World Banknorms.
